Subject: AAAM Comes to Paris

Professor Brian Fildes, President of the Association for the Advancement of Automotive Medicine (AAAM) announces that the AAAM will be holding their 55th Annual Conference this year in Paris, France from the 2 to the 5 October 2011. The Call for abstracts is out and they are due in by January 7, 2011. Please see the AAAM website ( after January 1, 2011 for details.

The AAAM prides itself on being an International organisation with the objective of preventing or minimizing road trauma. This is an opportunity for researchers and practitioners outside of North America to share their research knowledge with participants from around the world. It is important, therefore for those working in Europe and elsewhere to get behind this event and make it a success.

Paris is a wonderful city with many beautiful features and we urge you to seriously consider submitting an abstract and attending the conference. We are sure it will be a highlight of the 2011 conference agenda. AAAM is a non-profit organisation with a wonderful group of volunteer members and we encourage you to join AAAM and participate in the conference and support team.
